Monica Cadogan
I am a really lucky person. I get to live so many lives and experiences! One is about being a dedicated mom of four young children (three daughters and one son) along with my wonderful Irish husband, Oliver. Another one is contributing to the community, working with different charities to raise money, speak at events to share experience, mentor peers to inspire and learn. And, of course, my great love: being in business. I started as an entrepreneur at 22 years and the last 20 years have been leading/consulting or helping from boards different companies in Eastern Europe. From management consultancy to Ecommerce retail, from CEO of large teams to project manager of few, from countryside to nine countries, I am passionate to be in business – is all about people and all about creating value. I also enjoy a public persona as a former “shark tank” jury member in Romanian show. I learned a lot about investing and the power of TV. My hobbies are reading (especially history!), everything related to music/art and of course I know a lot about raising children.
