Joel “Thor” Neeb, Moderator

Thor sits on the board of several national organizations and is the co-founder of a military support corporation. As Afterburner’s CEO, Thor leads a team of more than 70 elite military professionals. He has helped achieve strategic objectives and foster elite teams for Fortune 100 companies within the tech industry, pharmaceuticals, finance, medical devices, retail apparel and several NFL teams.

Rebekah Barr, Panelist

Rebekah is President/CEO of AllStaff, a WBENC and SBA certified woman owned small business providing technical consulting services to Federal Government Contractors. She provides technical solutions in support of clients working for Federal Civilian Agencies, the Department of Defense, Intelligence Agencies, and sometimes State and Local Government. Clients include, but are not limited to, large businesses such as Lockheed Martin, HPE, Booz Allen Hamilton, IBM, and Leidos. 

Chris Bossola, Panelist

Christopher Bossola is the CEO of NSTO, the parent company of Need Supply Company and Totokaelo. With an early ambition to become an investment banker, Bossola graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Corporate Finance. After a brief stint as a Nasdaq trader, he instead followed his entrepreneurial instincts. In 1996, he launched Need Supply Co. with $1,500 of credit card debt and 300 pairs of vintage Levis. There, he’s led the company through twenty-three years of annual growth while maintaining the brand’s cultural relevance in the global fashion space. His leadership has driven continuous business innovation and strategic brand evolution through the hiring of extraordinary merchandising and creative talent.

Devon Henry, Panelist

Devon Henry is CEO & President of Team Henry Enterprises LLC, a multidiscipline contracting firm headquartered in Newport News, Virginia, with satellite offices in Richmond, Miami and Raleigh. Team Henry provides services including construction management, environmental services, wetlands mitigation, demolition, road and bridge building and emergency response services. Very active in his community, Henry serves as vice chairman of the March of Dimes Virginia Board of Directors, chairman of the Virginia Transportation DBE Advisory Committee — which reports directly to the commissioner of Virginia Department of Transportation on ways to improve contracting opportunities for small and women- and minority-owned firms in the transportation industry.
