Rebekah Barr

Rebekah is the Chairperson of Allyon, Inc., a federal government IT staffing and solutions company. After beginning her career as a speech-language pathologist, Rebekah stepped into the CEO role with no formal business background and led the company through significant growth, increasing annual revenue from USD7 million to USD18 million. Under her leadership, the company rebranded from AllStaff Technical Solutions to Allyon and sharpened its focus on federal IT contracting. In 2025, Rebekah transitioned into the chairperson role to focus on long-term strategy and growth.
