Episode 81: Jeff Cullen (Rodair), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

YPO member Jeff Cullen is a proud Canadian who believes in building business that will create prosperity for those around him. In 1996, Jeff started Rodair, a Canadian-based third-party logistics provider, with three employees. By 2012, it had grown into a company with 27 offices in 17 countries and CAD170 million in sales. After the industry was hit hard by the recession, Jeff sold the international branches of the company and decided to focus on Canada.

Today, Rodair is a full-service supply chain provider with 155 employees all across Canada. Since its retooling, Rodair has been growing steadily at 35 percent, working with the Canadian segments of multinational companies in the fashion, retail, automotive and mining industries.
