YPO member Heidi Zuckerman has managed a rare feat that only few accomplish – managing a profitable art institution. She kicked off her journey to success with degrees in European and Art History before transitioning to be an assistant curator of 20th Century art at The Jewish Museum of Art. From there she became the chair of the Curatorial Department at the UC Berkeley Art Museum.

Today, Heidi is director and CEO at the Aspen Art Museum. Under her leadership, she has re-imagined the museum as a world-class institution, raising more than USD120 million and building a new museum with the 2014 Pritzker Prize winning architect Shigeru Ban.

In this episode, Heidi shares with us how to put the profit back in non-profit.
