Some people say they think big. But YPO member Mark Moses thinks BIG and lives even BIGGER. Mark once rode an 8,000 pound elephant into his annual meeting to get this employees to “Think Big.”

Mark started his first company Student Painters at 19, and after a successful sale, he started Platinum Capital, which he also successfully sold. The latter was ranked the No. 1 fastest growing company in Los Angeles as well as No. 10 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies in the United States.

Mark was chair of the YPO Orange County chapter and served on the Board of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County for six years. He has won Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Blue Chip Enterprise award for overcoming adversity.

Today, Mark’s company CEO Coaching International trains more than 100 of the world’s top high-growth entrepreneurs how to dramatically grow in their finances and cultural development. With his new book Make Big Happen: How to Live, Work, and Give Big, Mark is inspiring powerful personal growth and cultural development in executives and their companies.

On the personal side, Mark has completed 12 full-distance Ironman Triathlons, including the Hawaii Ironman World Championship five times. He also won the 1992 U.S. National Squash Championship, and in 2015, he and his son Mason completed the White Continent Marathon in Antarctica.
