She also serves as outside counsel to both institutional investors and operating companies on private investments and other transactional matters. Shari has an extensive background in private investments, corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, anticorruption & ethics law and corporate compliance.

The majority of these companies are led by women or people of color and 80% are still in business.

Julie Fasone Holder is the former Senior Vice President of Dow Chemical and current entrepreneur/founder of JFH Insights, Management Advisors, known for her passion in helping women succeed in work and life. Ms. Fasone Holder’s corporate career began in sales and ended in the C-Suite of a Fortune 500 company. She ran multibillion dollar business portfolios for Dow, and at the end of her career, ran marketing and sales, reputation, public and government affairs and HR for the company. She currently serves on the board of Eastman Chemical Co. and chairs their Environment Safety and Sustainability Committee and chairs The WR Grace Cos. Sustainability Committee. She is also a trustee for The McLaren Northern Michigan Regional Hospital and chairs their Quality Committee.
