Through YPO, I have a global family which cuts across boundaries, cultures, races and is a melting pot of some of the best minds in the world, where we interact, share and learn from each other, in a very safe and trustworthy environment. YPO has given me the ability to reach out a global audience in almost any and every sector of my business or interest. But more importantly, I know that every member who is a part of this organization promises to live by a code of conduct, value and ethics, of the highest standards, which allows one to easily trust one another, almost instantly, even if it meeting for the first time. Through member interaction, attending events, forums, meeting resources and through many other platforms, I have got to learn how to be a better person in my business, personal and family life. To be accepted in this organization as a member for me is a privilege and an honor.

I count my decision to join the YPO as one of the best decisions of my life. During the initial YPO years, I was excited to just be a part of this amazing group of peers and have access to great learning events at our Chapter. The forum of course was the highlight of my YPO experience. Just as I was starting to get content and settling into my YPO groove, I discovered a whole new larger YPO experience in the form of the YPO International events, the YPO Edge and now my YPO leadership journey. I started my YPO leadership journey as a way to give back to this amazing organisation from which I have gained so much. But I now realize that more than paying forward I am learning so much from this leadership journey. I am also amazed at how YPO has rallied together and how this whole COVID situation has now become an opportunity for us as YPOers to learn and grow together.
