Yvonne Chan
Over the past 20 years, Yvonne has grown her reputation to become an industry recognized expert in absence and disability management. She is the trusted health advisor for federal government agencies, provincial government, municipalities, pharmaceutical companies, large auto manufacturers, transit systems, Canadian Chartered Banks and various large and medium sized private employers.
Organizations have seen the benefits of measured improvements including improved employee attitudes and morale, improved productivity, decreased absenteeism rates, and decreased duration of absences. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (1995) and a master’s degree in Science (1997), both from Queen’s University; and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (2003) from Ivey.
She is a guest lecturer at Queen’s University and University of Toronto. In 2015, she was awarded Queen’s University’s Distinguished Alumni Award for her exceptional contributions to her profession, field and community. She is the current Chair of YPO Toronto and a Board Member of YPO Canada Region.
