Yohei De Kiguchi is the Founder and CEO of LiCUBE, a deep-tech company developing ultra-high-purity lithium and lithium-6 isotope technology to support humanity’s frontier industries, including space and nuclear fusion. An engineer with a doctorate from the University of Cambridge, he previously founded ENECHANGE and built it into Japan’s largest EV charging network, scaling it into a billion-dollar business before stepping away in his early 30s.
Beyond entrepreneurship, De Kiguchi has been active in public policy and industry leadership, serving in advisory roles related to energy and digital transformation in Japan, and earning recognition for his contributions to clean energy innovation. A devoted dog lover, he is also the proud father of his French bulldog, Lon.
