Shari Siegel is Managing Director and General Counsel of Ranieri Partners LLC, an investment platform. She also serves as outside counsel to both institutional investors and operating companies on private investments and other transactional matters. Shari has an extensive background in private investments, corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, anticorruption & ethics law and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Ranieri Partners, she was Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at CA, Inc. Before joining CA, Shari practiced law with the law firms Latham & Watkins; Simpson Thacher & Bartlett; and Cleary Gottlieb. In addition to her work as an attorney, Shari has spent significant time consulting on business and economic development strategies that address the principles of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, speaking on Environmental Social & Governance (“ESG”) and Corporate Sustainability matters as well as working with several civic and arts organizations.

Shari is currently on the Board of Directors of Peters Valley School of Craft, Board of Trustees of Manchester Rescue Squad, and Board of Directors of the Manchester Riverwalk Association and a volunteer with Youth America Grand Prix (the world’s largest global dance scholarship organization). Shari is also a Climate Reality Leader personally trained by former Vice President Al Gore to speak on climate change and its solutions. Previously, she served for many years on the Golden Circle Council of American Ballet Theatre and the Board of Friends of Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. She is also the past Chair of the Legislative Action Committee and City Affairs Committee League of Women Voters NYC and a current member of the NYC Bar Association Government Ethics and State Affairs Committee. Shari received her B.A. from Barnard College; her J.D. magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law; and her MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the Grossman School of Business at University of Vermont.
