Ronnie Kwesi Coleman

CEO of Meaningful Gigs, Northeastern U.S.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Ghana, Ronnie Kwesi Coleman’s multicultural journey has made him a values-driven leader. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Meaningful Gigs, a company passionately dedicated to creating job opportunities. His mission is personal and ambitious: to generate 100,000 skilled jobs for Africans by 2028, drawing from his African heritage to inform his dedication to social impact.

Before he launched Meaningful Gigs, Coleman co-founded Art Lab to connect creative artists with job opportunities. He was also a founding player in StayNTouch, an enterprise software company for the hospitality industry.

Coleman emigrated to the U.S. at 19 with just USD3,000 to his name and no opportunity for a college education. He and his wife, Meaningful Gigs Co-Founder and COO Steph Nachemja-Bunton, are raising their two children in Destin, Florida, USA, passing down their dedication to community and the belief that relationship-building is the foundation of sustainable growth.

Coleman is also a Co-Founder of The Black Exchange, which connects Black entrepreneurs with Black investors to foster a more inclusive business environment. Outside the boardroom, Coleman puts his strategic mind to work as a nationally ranked chess enthusiast.
