Having worked in finance and consulting for over 20 years, Lynn Kraus has accumulated industry experience across the U.S. and Australia with a strong focus on Real Estate, Consumer Products, Financial Services and Healthcare.
Kraus has served on EY Oceania’s Executive Leadership for 10 years in various roles including most recently the Oceania Managing Partner for Advisory. Prior to this role she was the Oceania Markets Leader, the Oceania Talent Leader and spent seven years as the Sydney Office Managing Partner.
Kraus is a member of Chief Executive Women and YPO. In 2017 she was awarded the AWEI Executive Sponsor of the Year for her work in supporting EY’s focus on LGBTI inclusion. In 2016 she was named in the Westpac/Australian Financial Review 100 Women of Influence. In 2014 she received the NAB/Women’s Agenda National Award for Mentor of the Year.
Kraus has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University in the United States. She is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and is also a U.S. CPA.
