Founder and Food Innovation Master, Real Food for Real Kids

Lulu Cohen-Farnell is Founder and Food Innovation Master of Real Food for Real Kids (RFRK) and the disruptive creative force at the heart of The Real Food Kitchen.

Cohen-Farnell developed her lifelong passion for real food, health and authentic cuisine in her native Paris. In 2004, living in Toronto, she applied her hunger for good, healthy food to her then-preschooler son’s childcare center by preparing an alternative to the standard highly processed fare served. From there, she and her business partner built a socially responsible food business that now nourishes more than 50,000 children daily in childcare centers.

Passionate about helping others optimize their health, Cohen-Farnell is a health optimization and longevity coach and speaks regularly on the topic. She is driven by her belief that cooking with real food is one of life’s essential life skills and ultimate pleasures.

She has been named one of W100 Canada’s Top Female Entrepreneurs as well as Canada’s Top 100 Health Influencers.
