Lauren Hitchman

Lauren is President of Naylor Building Partnerships, a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractor. Naylor was named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies in 2021 and has over 200 employees working from eight locations in Southern Ontario, North and South Carolina. 

Lauren is an MBA graduate from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management (2012) and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University (2005). She is a member of Young Presidents Organization (2014), where she sits on the Regional Board as Forum Chair and is Learning Officer for the Atlas Chapter. She held past positions on the International Learning Committee and was past Vice Chair for the Women’s YPO Network. Lauren and her two daughters live in Oakville, Ontario.
