Kathy Sarafian has been a member of YPO since 2005 and is a Chief Executive Coach. She has served as the CEO of Drive Medical Canada, the President of AMO Canada, as a Life Science Advisor at MaRS, and serves on the board of directors of several nonprofits. A lifelong student of learning and growth in the areas of positive psychology, quantum physics, neuroscience and mindfulness, Sarafian has been coaching and mentoring for the past 15 years. Her passion is now executive coaching, and her mission is to work with CEOs and business leaders to create “game changing” mindset shifts. Her expertise is in optimizing leadership impact, positivity and building high performing teams and cultures. Sarafian is a graduate of the Schulich honors business program and enjoyed the first 20 years of her career development at several Fortune 500 companies including Procter & Gamble, Bausch & Lomb and Allergan.
Sarafian is also a coach with Hundred Life Design, an online platform for coaching done exclusively via one-on-one video with seasoned global leaders. The business focuses on offering broad spectrum coaching to businesses, organizations and government entities.
