Irina Arsene, Founder and CEO of mindit.io, is a passionate entrepreneur and visionary leader with a proven track record of driving international business success. Committed to making a meaningful impact on people’s lives through purpose-driven leadership, Arsene leads with purpose and thrives on continuous personal and professional growth.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT&C sector, she has also held key roles in marketing and sales, rising to the level of General Manager and Board Director within a global entrepreneurial organization. She joined YPO in 2022.
Her undergraduate degree is in computer science, and she earned her MBA at the Bucharest School of Management. She has also completed Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program. With her family, Arsene enjoys taking enriching journeys around the world. She also advocates for physical and mental well-being, prioritizing holistic health, and enjoys various sports.
