Lizzie leads YPO’s Human Resources Department, with a focus on inclusive, high-performance culture and global alignment. She brings over 18 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational development and transformation. Prior to YPO, Lizzie served as Chief HR Officer and Senior Vice President, People and Culture at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and held senior roles at KPMG. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
