Brett is the Managing Partner at Rockwood Equity Partners, which he founded in 1999. Originally focused on the acquisition of companies in the lower middle market, Brett expanded focus to include deal flow generation, the analysis, due diligence and financing of pending transactions and on the oversight and monitoring of portfolio companies. Brett received a B.A., with dual degrees in finance and accounting, from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
