Brad Franc

Brad Franc, the creator of The Succession Solution, is an entrepreneur, attorney, and business strategist who specializes in the transfer of closely-held businesses. Franc began his professional career as a CPA for the international accounting firm now known as EY. From there Franc became an entrepreneurial, strategic business adviser and business lawyer representing every aspect of the closely-held business. He has formed four separate companies, two of which were named nine separate times to the prestigious Inc. magazine’s fastest growing companies in the United States. Franc has been a member of YPO since 2004.
