Allison Grenney  

Allison serves as Chief of Staff of the YPO management team, focusing on aligning people and processes and leading efforts that strengthen collaboration and organizational effectiveness. She brings more than 10 years of experience in process design, change management, senior client service and culture building. Prior to joining YPO, Allison was Vice President of Customer Success at PAIRIN, where she led client engagement and operational alignment. Her expertise in bridging strategy and execution positions her as a trusted leader in driving alignment and growth across complex organizations.
