Raymond Watt | YPO Global Chairman
Raymond Watt has successfully started and sold two technology companies and has 25-year plus experience in in both Software Development and Enterprise Systems. Raymond received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from NorthWest University and an MBA in Information technology from Bond University in Australia. Raymond is a voting member of the Television Academy, and member of The Producers Guild of America. He is an active member of YPO and served as chapter chair of two chapters (Coastal San Diego & Pacific West Integrated), Regional Board member (Pacific), as well as on the International Board of Directors since July 2022. Apart from serving YPO, Raymond is currently the Chairman of Rimar.ai, a Big Data Analytics company, and co-founder and CEO of Omnislash Inc – a Data Aggregation Platform in the esports and gaming space. Raymond has two children, Abbi & Alexi, with whom he loves traveling the world. They also have the added benefit of keeping his feet firmly planted on the ground.
Megan Gardner | YPO Board of Directors
Megan Gardner is a sought-after CEO adviser and board member for fast-growing technology businesses. A seasoned dealmaker, she is dedicated to helping CEOs navigate the challenges of rapid growth and to celebrate entrepreneurial victories. She founded Independent & Co in 2013 and the company’s portfolio spans North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Her focus is on high-growth technology companies, especially in the e-commerce, healthcare and fintech sectors. Her portfolio companies have successfully completed numerous rounds of fundraising – venture and growth private equity — and several transactions, including sales to Summit Partners, Morgan Stanley Global Private Equity, Oracle, IKEA, The Chernin Group, and a public listing on the ASX.
Alan Hepburn | YPO Board of Directors
Alan serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Hepburn Group, which consults for private developers on leisure and hospitality projects and works to assist with Asian market entry, company growth and turnarounds for hospitality, food and beverage and lifestyle operators. Hepburn has a distinguished track record in the hospitality industry. He enjoyed success with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel companies where he has directed numerous transformation programs and new concept openings and has enjoyed success with a wide range of award-winning initiatives.
Waldemar Moss | YPO Council Member
Waldemar is the co-founder of expondo and a partner in the company. His hands-on mentality has helped turning expondo into an internationally successful business with more than 300 employees. Previously to his career in e-commerce, he worked at the “Bundeskriminalamt” – the German Federal Criminal Office. He studied law with a focus on German/Polish law at the European University Viadrina.
Kinga Daradics | YPO Europe Regional Membership Officer
Kinga has leadership experience in various industries, like retail, energy, fintech (mobile and payments, insuretech). She has grown companies up to 1.5 bln USD in turnover and lead over 2500 people. She has been elected 5 times in the top 50 Most Influential Ladies by Forbes Magazine (Romania), including winning 5 times the youngest included in the list. She has been voted by CEO peers 2 times on the most admired CEOs of the country, top 50. She is Rising Talent Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society (2014, Worldwide).
