Should I be accepted as a member, I understand that as a condition to becoming a member of YPO, I agree to abide by and adhere to all of YPO’s policies and procedures as established by YPO. These policies and procedures include, but are not limited to, all of the policies and procedures as outlined in YPO’s Policies & Procedures Manual, the provisions contained in YPO’s Trademark and Licensing Agreement whereby YPO allows its chapters to use YPO’s intellectual property rights for YPO activities, and the policies and procedures that are included in YPO’s Antitrust Compliance Program, which are more specifically outlined in YPO’s Antitrust Compliance Manual. Please see your local chapter contact if you have questions regarding any of these agreements or manuals.

Please note that by providing us the information on this membership application, the information you provide on the YPO website, and the information you provide through other communications you have with YPO, you have given YPO (and third-party providers we use to provide services to YPO) your express and informed consent to transfer the information that you provide to us to the United States and to process it in the United States in furtherance of YPO’s stated business or otherwise provide services and membership benefits to you, and to any other country that YPO determines is necessary for YPO to conduct its stated business or otherwise provide services and membership benefits to you.
