Elizabeth Zucker
Elizabeth Zucker served as the 2019-2020 YPO Chairman, the organization’s highest elected officer. Elizabeth is Managing Partner at Interior Investments of St. Louis, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company, and a subsidiary of I3 Group, Inc. From its inception, the company has achieved tremendous annual growth, is virtually debt-free, and has solidified itself as the second largest Herman Miller dealer and one of the most sophisticated and fastest growing contract furniture distributorships in the United States.
Jennifer Maanavi
Jennifer Maanavi is an accomplished entrepreneur and thought leader with more than 20 years of success across the health & wellness, fitness, and financial services industries. Leveraging extensive hands-on experience building and managing a global organization from the ground up, her broad areas of expertise include strategic planning, business development, marketing, branding, team building, leadership, corporate culture development and change management.
Ken Natori
Ken Natori is the President of The Natori Company, a designer fashion brand with collections ranging from ready-to-wear, lingerie, and sleepwear, to home textiles, fine jewelry, accessories, bath, legwear, and fine jewelry. Before becoming President, he ran the company’s e-commerce and licensing businesses, and also helped oversee the finance, public relations and marketing departments. Prior to Natori, Ken worked as both a TV and Radio Reporter for Bloomberg and in International Equities at Lehman Brothers. Ken holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Amherst College.
Amanda Baldwin
Amanda Baldwin is the CEO of Supergoop!, the first protective skincare brand that puts SPF at the forefront. The brand’s mission is to change the way the world thinks about sunscreen through its clean, feel-good, highly innovative formulas that are fun and easy to use daily—not to mention superpowered to shield your skin from the full spectrum of light and other aggressors. Amanda oversees the entirety of the organization, setting its strategy for growth, building a world class team and leading the company’s marketing, sales, product development, operations and finance divisions.
About The Glass Ceiling
The Glass Ceiling is a brand new rooftop lounge located in the heart of Nomad features indoor and outdoor seating, show-stopping views of the Empire State Building.
The name ‘the glass ceiling’ has a higher purpose, representing the invisible barriers that prevent women and underrepresented communities from rising beyond a certain level in a hierarchy. It launched in partnership with Luminary, an inclusive membership-based career and personal growth platform and collaboration hub, which was created to address the systemic challenges impacting women across all industries and sectors.
