As COO and CFO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce and President of its Leadership Cabinet on Safety, Health and Sustainability, Katie Yeutter drives member education and bold initiatives that have delivered record-breaking revenue and expanded the Chamber’s ability to make Florida one of the nation’s safest, healthiest, and most sustainable states. She oversees operations and strategy for 17 profit and non-profit entities, including the Safety, Health, and Sustainability Councils, while managing finance, HR, and revenue generation across the organization.
Katie created the Leadership Cabinet model, building advisory boards with senior executives from Disney, Coca-Cola, and Advent Health, and launched national programs including a Leadership Webinar Series, OSHA training, mental health workshops, and the Florida Leadership Conference on Safety, Health, and Sustainability.
Named one of The Most Influential People in Florida Politics by INFLUENCE in 2022, Katie is also an accomplished endurance athlete—seven-time Ironman finisher, English Channel swimmer, and Kilimanjaro summiteer. She is a YPO member and was recently accepted into the Harvard Kennedy School Leaders Program.
