UBS Global Visionary Mariéme Jamme discusses her emotional work with iamtheCODE, which teaches girls from marginalized communities computer coding skills. Jamme describes feeling overwhelmed as she met girls in China and could identify with them being isolated and neglected. She was motivated to set up iamtheCODE, by her own experience of being trafficked into prostitution as a teenager in Senegal.
