According to a survey conducted by (YPO Utah) Becoming your Best foundation, Rwanda is in need of leaders who will drive socio-economic development; the youth therefore need to be given the proper tools. Emery Rubagenga (YPO Pan Africa) , CEO of ROKA Mining, is very much involved in this initiative and joined CNBC East Africa to break down the future of leadership in Rwanda.
