YPO member Francis Lobo started in tech but now focuses on the softer side of business – people. In 2004, Francis joined AOL and quickly became president at AOL Services after a few years. For almost 10 years at AOL, Francis was responsible for owning and managing multiple cutting edge products and services like MapQuest, AIM and AOL Search.

Soon Francis got a chance to run a public company, United Online, as its CEO. His goal was to help turn around the struggling company and was able to narrow the focus to the high-growth commerce and user-loyalty space.

In 2015, Francis joined WeWork as the Head of Services. He soon became the Chief Revenue Officer for WeWork, the company with the mission to create a world where people work to make a life, not a living. Today, WeWork is valued at USD16 billion, with locations in more than 20 U.S. cities and 15 countries around the globe.

In this episode, Francis Lobo, share with us what WeWork is doing to make everyone’s work day awesome all the time.
