When YPO members gather for the annual YPO EDGE, the learning opportunities are tremendous, the peer-to-peer connections are numerous and the social experiences are memorable. The 2017 YPO EDGE in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, was no exception.

The second day’s highlight was Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau joining the crowd of global business leaders in a fireside chat with Farhan Mohamed of the Daily Hive Vancouver. “This time of making Canada a place that people are eager to discover is why I’m so glad that YPO EDGE is here in Vancouver,” said Trudeau. In another special moment, 1,867 attendees became a part of history as Mobileye, the leading supplier of software that enables Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), set a new GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title for the most people using virtual reality displays during a presentation at the 2017 YPO EDGE. Mobileye Co-founder and CEO Ziv Aviram, a YPO member, surprised the gathering of YPO global business leaders with a virtual reality experience of riding in a driverless car.
