This event is open to 55 members who work in, or with, the real estate industry.
- Members will learn the history behind the Chinese real estate market from China Vanke and China Overseas Land, moderated by Li Hui of Acorn Asset Management.
- Panel discussion topics include: senior housing/assisted living, debt and equity of capital markets, regional real estate strategy for institutional investors and overall trends in the Asian real estate market.
- Real estate industry peers share specific project needs and solutions with one another.
- Past year’s events have been held in Montreal, Panama and Chicago.
Members will enjoy industry discussion paired with local tradition, including the opportunity to participate in a traditional Hong Kong Dragon Boat race, hosted by the YPO Hong Kong chapter.
