YPO is a global network of over 300 chapters in 100 countries. Members join a local chapter and participate locally, regionally, and internationally. Chapters may vary in size, but must all maintain a minimum size and must meet strict chapter health requirements. Every YPO chapter is measured in real-time on various points such as attendance, diversity, education quality, and are awarded a gold, silver and bronze rating when they attain certain quality distinctions.
